Well it seems that Ralph Bethea continues to lead people away from Yahuah, but that may be my opinion, below you will see my argument and you make up your mind. He is endorsing this as the primary website.
In an email to a sister (we were cc’d in), the two who are responsible for the
website said this:

Ralph Bethea is responsible for the Word of Yah, which he says that in 2002 in Iraq he found these scrolls which have now become the Word of Yah.
Of course the story as to how they were found have changed over the
course of the years, and though there are those that ask him to prove his find,
he has yet to provide any proof of their existence, other than to say “you have
to take his word on faith”, which goes against Scripture, saying to “test the
spirits”.
He is a man of doublespeak and really is the definition of a false teacher, but you
be the judge of that.

According to Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary, a cult is defined as: (1) formal
religious veneration, (2) a system of religious beliefs and ritual; also

also: its body of adherents; (4) a system for the cure of disease based
on dogma set forth by its promulgator <health cults>; (5)
great devotion to a person, idea, object, movement, or work (as a film or book);
especially : such devotion regarded as a literary or intellectual fad
b : the object of such devotion c : a usually small group of
people characterized by such devotion.
Ralph emphatically states that his followers use only the Word of Yah, that there can be nothing else that is as inerrant as this book.
Oddly enough, one can compare this book to any other bible and will see
that there really is nothing different from it than say the King
James Bible, except for the use
of the sacred names and his commentary that he uses liberally throughout the
Word of Yah that he passes off as Scripture. Of course he takes credit for finding
those names. But in keeping with
the above definition, this group then can only be called a
“CULT”.
According to Ralph there is only him and his group, but let’s proceed with his arguments as to why we are hypocrites and play word games.
“Word Games and Hypocrites
The enemy often uses what is called “word games” to fight against the Word of YAH
which you proclaim to them, and in order to recognize if someone is doing this,
there are several characteristics which are common to these people which you
should be able to identify. One tactic is circumventing questions posed by you,
and by doing this the person is trying to make statements which on the surface
might suffice but are actually made as part of trying to avoid answering
questions you ask them, especially those which either attack a sacrosanct or
“sacred cow” doctrine (teachings with which it is deemed “heretical” to
question).”
I can tell you from experience, having once been in this group, that the only
person who uses the tactic of circumventing questions is Ralph.
Many of us have asked questions and not just about proof of his “find”
but other questions about Scripture or even Enoch’s calendar, which I can attest
to the fact that he is quite wrong about, but he always manages to go off
subject.
“A second frequently used tactic is stonewalling, in which the person refuses to
answer your question at all, even after you ask for an answer multiple
times.”
Yet another tactic that Ralph uses, instead he will prattle on about things that
have nothing to do with your question as well as refusing to answer anything in
the context of what you have posed.

If you go to the Aug 5 2011 of this blog, you can see an example
of Ralph. Instead of using thisforum to be a good representative of YAHUAH and answer the questions that have been asked thus far, he curses and goes out of his way not to address any of the important questions posed but embarrasses himself and the community of YAHUANS with his prideful, petty and mean spirited attitude. Where would we be if Yahusha had done this instead of delivering His sermon on the mount? Just blasting the Pharisees and Sadducees as opposed to using the time to TEACH and REACH the people? YAHUSHA is our example. The other responses were very kind and although we don’t agree with them on the pronunciation of the name, they, by their actions were an outstanding example of how to conduct ourselves in debate on the Scriptures. The whole blog is quite good to read.
Ralph does not produce good fruit.

What I find fascinating about this is that they would have you believe that they are
in the same category as Yahusha. Again, Scripture tells us to test the spirits, there is nothing about this group that would lead one to believe that we are to believe everything from
the Word of Yah, that we could not ask a question about what they are
using. If that’s the case, then they are no different than a Catholic priest who told their congregation that they didn’t need to read Scripture; they would tell them what they needed to
know.
"There have been and still are several people who constantly demand proof of the ROS
scrolls from the Kingdom of YAH and these individuals and groups are no less
hypocrites than the Pharisees of old, and while some Christians are like this,
it is no surprise that the vast majority of these are from the Messianic and

Why is that we can look at all the other old manuscripts and documents to prove our
Scriptures? Again, we’re Pharisees
because we ask a“human” to produce their find, a find that Ralph says is too
valuable for any eyes to see because either (1) he would be arrested for
stealing antiquities or (2) people would try to steal it from him.
More doublespeak, but here’s the definition of a
hypocrite:

This apparently is the groups “instruction manual” for how to
witness to others, however, what is interesting is that it’s hard to determine
who is really playing the word games. It’s also apparent that for this group, there is a time limit on witnessing , which is what this looks like happened during an attempt to witness:
"The main checkpoints to determine if someone is playing word games are whether
your questions are being answered or not, and/or if someone is demanding a
proof, sign, etc. If either of these are being done, look to quickly identify
how the person is trying to go about doing this, and this is where it is
important for you to recognize tactics used in word games. These people want to
argue with you, and seek to do so in various ways.
Here are some examples of identifiers of someone who seeks to play word games:
1. Not Answering Questions. A YAHUWan asks: “Are you going to do what
the Master says one must do to have eternal life or are you going to keep doing
what has been taught to you and that which you have inherited that is not
correct?” No adequate response to this question was provided even after five
attempts at the person to answer the question. (1) “By
receiving the Lord Jesus Christ in faith as personal Savior, one is "born again"
in the Spirit of God.”–
This typical Baptist answer did not answer the question about what the Master
said one must do, even from the Bibles. (2) No response. (3) “I
have done what the Lord Jesus Christ requires for salvation. Romans 10:9-10 says
"That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart
that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart
that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess
and are saved." I have confessed publicly that Jesus is Lord, and believe in my
heart that God raised him from the dead. The Bible clearly says, therefore I am
saved. So yes, I have done what Jehovah God says I must do to be
saved.”–
This still did not answer the question.
(4) No response. (5) No response. “
These people are no different than the Baptist they denigrate.
I’ve always found that when witnessing, one explains how they came to Yahuah, their testimony, this is nothing more than an example of badgering without offering anything that is any different than what many are already in to.
"2 Demanding Signs and/or Proof. “In
closing, if ____ does show the evidence of the scrolls (based on what has
happened I would doubt anything __ produces at first unless it can be analyzed
thoroughly), I would be humble and admit I was wrong”(D.G.).
– This person has the spirit of the Pharisees (MtYA.
12:39 & 16:4), demanding proof and even if this one saw it there would still be no belief. Anyone demanding proof concerning the ROS scrolls has not done adequate study in the
Word of YAH, the King’s Covenant, because the RUWach bears witness of the true
Word. There is no excuse for anyone who does not do due diligence in personal
study and such people automatically disqualifies themselves from what they
demand. Wisdom indeed is cleansed from sin by the children she produces (MtYA. 11:19).”
It's interesting that they use this as an example of someone who does not believe
their doctrine only shows that this group thinks of themselves as if they were
YAHUSHA. Unless this group has supernatural powers, if they cannot prove their claims, then I will not believe it!! Since Ralph cannot prove his find of these texts, then I think that theses scriptures fits best:

And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from north to east – they shall
diligently search, seeking the Word of Yahuah, but they shall not find
it.
And to further show the pride and arrogance of Ralph and this group who think that
they should not have to prove their claims these Scriptures should prove a
point:

Yahuah, and came to try him with hard questions.

Solomon which he did not make known to her.
In closing this group is very adept at trying to marginalize other people or groups
as well as the name calling that Ralph is famous for, but also the only people
circumventing questions are Ralph and his cult. They treat us as the enemy, but we are not their adversary, Shatan is!!
We pray that those who have been deceived will wake up and come and serve Yahuah the Almighty and Him alone, not some human, whose flagrant disregard for the truth should not be even considered a“word from “Yahuah.
